Necessary Penguins are taking the stage at the Beverly Puppet Festival!

Come and see “Necessary Penguins”, a new, fast paced audience participation puppetry extravaganza. Watch in awe as adorable Antarctic entertainers dance and performing jaw-dropping feats of derring-do as they take the stage at one of the U.K.’s most popular puppetry events.

For one weekend every two years the Beverley Puppet Festival welcomes thousands of audience members to experience the transformative, unique and inclusive world of puppetry. Giant, fantastical creatures roam Beverley’s historic streets. Tiny, magical worlds are revealed to unsuspecting audiences in the Friary Gardens. The best of UK and European puppet theatre is brought to venues throughout the town for residents and visitors of all ages to enjoy.
