City of Vaughan and Character Division team up for Culture Days 2025 puppetry workshops

After an extended multi-year hiatus from participating in Culture Days due to the COVID pandemic and conflicting professional commitments, we’re thrilled to be partnering with the City of Vaughan, Ontario to present a series of free puppetry workshops during Vaughan Culture Days 2025.

We will be part of the Vaughan Culture Days Kick Off event at the brand new Carrville Community Centre. It promises to be a fun-filled day of live music, dance performances, family-friendly entertainment and activities celebrating Vaughan’s diverse arts and culture scene. Look for us in Activity Room 3 at noon where we will be presenting a one hour on camera talk and hands-on demonstration:

Then, you can be among the first to participate in “Box Pop Yourself!”, a new hands on family friendly puppetry workshop we will be presenting at schools and libraries across Ontario beginning this fall. Box Pop Workshops will be taking place at Rosemount Community Centre on September 28th and the Vellore Village Community Centre on October 5th:
